Sound, they can feel sound rather than hear it i think, they have a latral line along each side of the body, thats what they detect the sounds or vibrations...

One would assume that fish can see color since many types are brightly colored though of course the koi colors were not present during the koi's evolution....

I know my fish hear me open there air tight cover on their food when I go to feed them. They also look up and directly at me when I am interacting with them....
